Przekaż informację zwrotnąI stated my order to the cashier. they responded back and communicated, then forgot a whole main item in my order, and ultimately put cheese on my whopper when I asked specifically for no cheese and im physically unable to have it. the fact they proceeded to put it on my sandwich proves they don't care, and don't even accept any coupons and no refunds or discounts for being a 45 minute wait just for a major mess up! never going here again, this location needs to be closed for good!!!
My experience at this location wasn’t good, the service was very slow and the the staff was not friendly or helpful.

They picked us up, their cash has charged us twice and told us we shouldn't worry. that it will not pass. after a few days I noticed. I came back and showed them my bank statement on my handy and they refused to pay back my money. they want a paper copy. Maybe they should have told me that I didn't go back to the shopping center, wasting my time and gas. They make it hard to all the people that they doubled on that day in the hope that they won't come back for their money. I'll be in company and notify my bank to deny these. it may not be much money, but it is the terrible customer service that bothers me. the situation was treated very unprofessional. a simple solution was to take cash only when they know that the card reader had problems. they told us: “Oh yes, it did all day, but no worries, it won’t go twice,” I can only imagine how many people were accused twice. that was at the burger king in the gurnee mills mall.
