A few years ago you were fed by a döner near City Grill. For some time, however, they have begun to increase prices continuously and at the same time reduce the quality and, above all, the quantity required. Today I have received a diner for slap 7,50€, which was not much larger than a breakfast bun and comfortably fits in one hand. In addition, you pay for each sauce, except the first, now extra. So if you want to add cocktail and sharp sauce to the Tzatziki, you will add 1€ again. With all other well-known providers in the area, one simply asks what sauces one wants in which combination and pays nothing for it. The Pomm-Döner(Dönerbox), which now costs almost 7€. You don't get 100g meat and a handful of pommes. Even the diner plate, formerly so much that you could easily share it, is so little that you actually need a supplement. And then you put 12,50€ on the table via Deliveryando. Too bad, as the homemade bread always tastes and the sauces are also very good. However, the meat has not been brown for a long time, but is still “even” and the biggest problem is the quantities. A look at the competition, as Selammhh or even the “House of the Döner” chain shows that it is also different. There, the above-mentioned dishes are usually cheaper and the amount is almost double with absolutely perfect, constant quality and crispy meat. I have the feeling that you are resting at CityGrill on its well-established reputation and look how far you can increase the bet/wine ratio until customers do not. For me as a long-term customer(over 15 years) it has unfortunately finished with CityGrill for the first time. You'll get a chance again and again, but I'm afraid there won't be much change. But hope, as we know, dies last. At “Service” I deliberately gave four stars, as the delivery is always fast and friendly. There is also a less good mood on site, but everyone has a bad day or stress.
