Was served by two lovely staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Enjoyed the latest addition to the gluten free snacks (nice to find something new) with a very tasty, not too milky cappuccino in very pleasant surroundings.
Absolutely fantastic! That's all I can say. The food, drinks, and staff here are exceptional—something I've never experienced in any other coffee shop or establishment. The tables and floors are spotless, and I’ve never waited more than a few minutes for my order, at most five. This place truly is fantastic and has become a second home to me! Aha!
The tea, coffee, and snacks are excellent. The staff is always friendly. My only complaint is regarding one of the customers who uses a table meant for four; they linger there with the same drink for an hour or even longer, which can be frustrating.
They really enjoy this upscale coffee shop in Guisborough, which always has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is outstanding; nothing seems to bother them. The ambiance is fantastic, and they maintain a clean and fresh environment without being excessive.
