Every time I order from the Gordon Street location, I specifically ask for my pizza to be well done. Unfortunately, out of the four times I have ordered, only two pizzas have met my request for a well done crust. This is unacceptable, especially when compared to a certain other pizza chain that consistently failed to even properly cook their pizzas. I have filed numerous complaints over the past seven months and have withheld payment as a result. Papa John's, I appreciate your pizza and am generally a patient customer, but my tolerance for receiving undercooked pizzas is wearing thin. I am willing to give you one final chance to get my pizza right before taking further action. If my next pizza is not well done as requested, I will be visiting the store in person. The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional and very friendly. The butter chicken pizza was delicious and I was very satisfied with the food overall.
