We ordered nachos as an appetizer, unaware that Kelsey’s had recently revamped their menu. The nachos had only one layer, and the new queso cheese sauce rendered them soggy. Additionally, they were cooked from underneath, which caused the cheese to stick to the paper, making them inedible. My burger was overcooked and dry, and the same went for the French fries, which lacked flavor and tasted mostly like deep-fried coating. The only redeeming aspect of the experience was the good company we had. Thank you for allowing me to share my review.

I prefer not to leave negative comments here, as I already addressed my concerns with the manager at the time.

The food and service were excellent! The burgers are fantastic and definitely a must-try!

Our waitress was awesome!!!! Very attentive and friendly.

I ordered chicken and it was over cooked and tough as leather. Perhaps it was kept in the heat rack too long but very dry.
