I ordered the vegan Scramble #2 and despite running out of avocado, the staff offered to replace it with vegan ham at no extra cost, which was a nice touch. The tofu had a bit too much turmeric for my liking. However, this is a great option as I haven't found many restaurants offering vegan breakfast options that open early.
