Food was excellent with perfect portions. Some of the best queso we have had. Service was excellent they came to the table often to check on us.

This is our go-to for Mexican food in Huntington. We've only tried one other place here and while we loved their food, I didn't like the atmosphere as much. My husband works a lot of hours so it's nice to have a place where we can chat in a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. Mecates fits the bill.

Good food we got our food in 9 mins and it was fresh

Taco Tuesday, $1.29 tacos, $2 beers is a good deal. Nice place, funny waiter, will go back

Ive never eaten here but i walk past it almost daily to work, and the smell lingering outside is DISGUSTING. the putrid odor almost burns my nostrils how do you let it get this bad.
