Uncle Sam's Pancake House In Manitou Spr

I had the chicken fried steak breakfast and it was delicious. My wife decided to do something crazy and try the chili relleno and she was scraping her plate. She said it was one of the best she had ever tasted. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. This is a great place to start your morning. Would recommend.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Got our name on the wait list when we walked in, even though there were empty tables everywhere!!! After the 7 people ahead of us were seated, we SHOULD have been next! While we were waiting unnecessarily, the hostess’s friend came in and out her name on the wait list! The hostess's friend was seated next! When I asked why we were not seated, she said we weren’t on the list!!! When we told her we had been on the list and waiting for over 25 minutes she amazingly “found” an empty table!! Unbelievable!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BADLY!!!!!

Good food, especially the eggs Benedict and the pancakes and waffles are good, too. The service is great! Friendly and frequent. Loads of free parking, too.

The server was very friendly and helpful. She was awesome! Food was delicious.

Listen.... this was the best gosh darn breakfast I've had in a while.
