Olde Time Burgers - Grovetown

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant and I absolutely loved it! We decided to try a variety of their affordable menu items, including their onion rings, BBQ wings, lemon pepper wings, chili dog, and bacon cheeseburger. The fries were thick and crispy, which is my favorite style, and cooked perfectly. The lemon pepper wings could have been spicier, but they were still delicious. The burgers tasted similar to Five Guys but at a much lower price. I'm not sure if the cashier was the owner, but he was very friendly, efficient, and took our orders promptly. I will definitely be returning soon.

This restaurant is a great spot for burgers! The burgers are always flavorful and made with fresh ingredients. They also offer tasty chicken sandwiches. The restaurant is always clean and provides a wonderful dining experience. I am happy to support this local business in my neighborhood. I suggest they consider implementing a loyalty card program, like McDonald's, where customers can earn a free lunch after making a certain number of purchases. This would likely boost their business even further.

The restaurant is consistently unresponsive when I try to call them, despite multiple attempts over the past three months. I have confirmed that I have the correct number, but still receive no answer. I even tried calling while on my way there, to no avail. I observed the staff inside, chatting with customers while they eat, but still did not receive a response when trying to call. Ultimately, I had to order from a different restaurant, McAllister's, where they promptly answered the phone. This has not been a one-time occurrence, as I have tried calling multiple times over the course of several months without success.

The location is dirty. I spilled sanitizer from my hands and when I woke it up, the serviette was almost black. eating was fine. my burger was so tender as if they had made it and let it sit while cooking other foods. they had a single refillable ketchup bottle that existed between the tables because everything was present. the personal was not friendly either. we came in 33 minutes before we went to the end, so maybe they were over him for the day.

The Food was good but the burgers were a little dry. Not what I expected at the price I paid.
