Firehouse Subs Grovetown

Sandwich was ok. Place was run by 4 school age kids. They seemed more interested in each other than customers.

Very disappointed with my first-time experience at this location. My sub was made incorrectly. I called immediately and was told the next time I come in, they would do a remake. When I went to have the remake done, I was told it was past the 2-week mark andthey would not fill the order (I NEVER heard of such a thing, especially considering I still had my receipt and employee'sname). Anyway, I called corporate and was assured someone from the store would call. Since that time, TWO MORE WEEKS HAVEPASSED!!! I have yet to receive a call. Oh well. I'm hopeful others have a more pleasant experience. They have lost a fewcustomers behind this so-called 2-week policy of theirs.

I ordered online and was given a time for pick up but when I got to the restaurant, the time was changed to the next morning. The crew fixed my sub anyway and it was delicious ????. Thanks again for taking care of my order. I really appreciate it!

I have came here 5 times prior to this review and each time I have left incredibly satisfied with each dinner. Fast and accurate, I will be coming more often. Yum yum fresh!
