Sonic Drive-in - Grove

Pushed the button to order and waited for about 10 minutes. Ordered a large fry and a shake. They handed me a shake with a crack in the bottom of the cup, which got all over the seat and myself. There were only 1 or 2 fries in the large which were over 1 to 1.5 inches long.

Went to the sonic tried to order and asked if i could use my coupon for a bogo burger and they said they couldn’t do that and then they hung up on me.

This Sonic is disgusting the Gm will have his employees do certain things (inappropriate) to get raises and promotions. Worked there for very little time and everyone is treated poorly. The carhop was pleasant. The chicken sandwiches I received were not. They look old and taste like they were fried in old oil or were old pieces refried. First sandwich was replaced with one that looked/tasted the exact same.Pictured is the replacement sandwich.
