Sweets practically frozen and hard as a stone. Not all staff is qualified, the rest is rather rude

It was so much that I didn't eat such a good ice cream in Grottaglie, CIRO BERNARDI is always the name of guarantee on the sweet environment very nice and courteous staff maybe a little lentuccio

The room is clean, bright and well organized. It offers the possibility to eat both outside and inside. The service is fast. On the staff I spend the only negative note of the review, as it showed a little annoyed in collecting the command and serving us despite being celere (I hope it was only a single episode that, unfortunately, happened to us). I recommend all to go, you will find an indescribable welcome, and then what about the wonderful fridges full of all kinds of unsurpassed desserts, the artisan ice creams then? Good for all tastes, to try them all, let yourself be pampered

I have been in several bar of Grottaglie but this is the topOttimo cappuccino, excellent croissants and the staff very fast and smiling. Every time I go back to Grottaglie it is always a pleasure to stop in this beautiful bar/pasticceria
