Kfc - Grimsby

I ordered a 4 piece chicken combo and the chicken which gave to me are with completely soft and moist skin. This is obviously not freshly made, but your employee told me it was freshly made and that KFC's fried chicken skin is supposed to be soft, I've eaten KFC's fried chicken hundreds of times all over the world and it's always crispy and juicy, but he went as far as to say that KFC only has crispy fried chicken for last year and only for a limited time. From this year, all the fried chicken skin in KFC should be soft. This is so ridiculous!

I want to preface this by saying we used to love KFC growing up, and up to about a year or two ago. Something has changed. The employees are disorganized, nobody seems to be in charge, it doesn’t matter if you order ahead or not, and it’s an absolute crapshoot as to whether you’ll actually get what you paid for. Also, useless employees playing on phones, touching their faces and hair, then touching food.Tonight I ordered a 14 piece with four sides. There’s no way to actually tell if I got 14 pieces because several have fallen apart somehow. It’s also a greasy pile of goo at the bottom. To top it off I only got three sides (missing coleslaw).With our economy the way it is and every dollar needing to be stretched as it is, this is pathetic.Update. We threw out at least half of this bucket. Kids and wife totally disappointed. Absolutely disgusting mush. KFC is about to go out of business with garbage like this. Garbage employees, garbage food. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT support this POS company. Go get something else. FU KFC. We’re done, forever. And from the other Google reviews, you’re done too.

Trash restaurant. Service sucks..food sucks..only thing this location has going for it is that there are other options to eat..do yourself a favor and go elsewhere..

The pieces of chicken looked like they cut thrm in half. Greasy and not crisp at all. Will never eat here again.

Guy who’s taking order said we are closed. It was 15 before closing time at 8:45 pm. Seems like doesn’t want to work. Talking with each other. I asked still 15 mins left. He said if i say closed that means closed. That was slim tall guy.
