I even complemented them on the well manicured food bar. I ordered 2 salads and one sandwich. I have no complaints at all. Very friendly staff.
I placed an order via the app at 11:53 am. I received an email immediately confirming receipt of my order. It says the order would be ready at 12:10pm. At 12:10, it was still not even showing as BUILDING. Since I 've had this issue at the location before, I called to ask why they hadn 't started my order yet. The woman kept going back n forth while I 'm waiting and finally said, very rudely Ma 'am, we JUST got your order then she proceeded to tell me that it 's a delay of 15-20 minutes before it hits their system. I told her I got the email immediately CONFIRMING receipt of order and the PAYMENT went through IMMEDIATELY. Not once did she try to say I 'm sorry for the delay, I will get on your order right away She just kept yelling at me that it wasn 't her fault. She was preparing my order when I arrived. Still made NO effort to apologize. She just kept telling me in front of other customers that it wasn 't her fault, it 's the app. Very unprofessional. Also, the last time this happened, I arrived with the app saying my order was ready even though they hadn 't even started it. No one bothered to apologize then either. I sent an email and the owner replied with a half hearted apology and I explained to him that an apology and a kind word could 've gone a long way but he apparently doesn 't find it important enough to insist his employees/family apologize to the customer as he probably wouldn 't do so either. He also didn 't offer to compensate me anything (drink, cookie, chips?... . Very poor business practice and rude people in general. Also they 've done something to the marinara sauce at this one, it was so watery and thin, you couldn 't even tell if there was and red sauce at all. I will NOT be back to this location, I just hope that he doesn 't also own the other one that 's near enough to my office to switch to.
I ordered online. When husband arrived to pick up the order he was told there was no order. After checking my credit card I found that $20.23 had been charged to my card by Subway. I was then told I had to take that up with my credit card company. There is a process and paperwork I now have to go through in order to hopefully get my money back. This is unacceptable and I will let everyone I know about the poor service and the loss of money. Years ago I got sick on one of their seafood sandwiches. Didn't go back until just recently when my husband wanted to. NEVER AGAIN!!! This particular store does NOT care about its customers.
Years ago I got sick from a subway seafood sandwich I purchased from this store and quit going. Recently my husband convinced me to try it again so I did. The first time I ordered online very thing went okay. Today I ordered online and when my husband went to pick the order up he was told there was no order. When I checked my credit card account the Subway charge is there. When I informed Subway of this they claim to have not received the payment. I was told I had to take the matter up with the credit card company. After talking to the cc company I have to wait 48 hours and then file objection paperwork in order to have my money refunded. Needless to say, I am NOT A HAPPY PERSON!!! I will tell my story to every person I know and will never eat at a Subway again, order from a Subway, or eat Subway products no matter who purchases them. I will tell my story on every review website I can find. Hopefully I will do more damage to the company's reputation than the $20 they received from my credit card.
Awful customer service. Save yourself from a bad mood and go to the Subway down the street
