Smoothie King - Gretna

You say? That's how they do it.. Honestly, I never drank from Smoothie King. I guess this place likes to illuminate their customers instead of just revising the smoothie or giving them their refund. Remember that girl told me about black hair? You wanted it really thick? Well, but if that's thick, what about all that extra juice or water? My stomach also hurts to drink the first 4 sips. Can we please stop making customers miserable because they don't do it again please.

This about the on gen degaulle and lately the service was EXTREMELY slow!!! Not sure what happened (can be new staff or new management), but every time I come, the line is almost secured up to Walgreens next door and the staff must come with the laptop. I feel like I'm waiting for a train.

I was with this smoothie king several times and never had a problem. The service is fast and friendly. But today I bought my ordinary Mocha High Protein smoothie and it was NASTY! I realized that the recipient was changed and the data was now added. Next time I have to remember to let her out of my drink! I'm not sure whose idea that was... but Yuck!

I have not checked to see if these are franchises but this Smoothie King is the worst. The employees have the stinkiest attitudes. I say all the time, if you have a job dealing with the public, check your attitudes at the door because nowadays especially, you just might get back that same energy you put out.

This establishment is clean,courteous, Efficient. From the moment you walk in the staff is welcoming. The entire staff is positioned by their blenders and eagerly process your order..as they move the crowds along both in store along drive up window.. The $5 Friday is the Best promotion they having going..Stop in and try a Great tasty Smoothie!
