Pizza Hut - Gretna

Pizza is always hot and on time when they predict it to be and the staff is always friendly.

I was very impressed by the staff in this special pizza hut. I was greeted immediately and by a friendly person. They all worked very well together and had a good mood. My food was ready and it was delicious. When I went out with my food, they kept the door open to me. I was happy to leave a generous tip and would not hesitate to return to this place.

I went to the wrong place and had to go back home to get my phone for directions because I'm not out of the area. At least I knew the store was closed/closed! When I arrived, they told me they called and wrote me (what they did, but I did not see or noticed that I was driving, I was greeted and warmly welcomed. To my surprise, they waited for the closing time to give me my warm and ready food. We even talked briefly. Due to the area I would choose another location, but the service is unbeatable and I will return orders here first. It made my night

This is not the first time that the service has been repaired from this site. I ordered to understand at 7:26, it would be 40-50 minutes. I get a message that my order would be dropped at 8:31. It's 9:15 and I can't get anyone on the phone to tell me where the pizza is. I can't pick it up because I can't confirm it. This happened before and I gave up on the hat and should have trusted my instincts when ordering this place.

I ordered a stuffed crust superpizze that had no sauce on it and it was paper thin. When I spoke to a manager, I was taken over 10 minutes and the manager never came to the phone.
