The hotel was nice and clean, and the price was reasonable. However, the next day, I was charged an additional $225 for a smoking fee, despite the fact that no one smoked in the room. The housekeeper claimed they found evidence, but didn't take any pictures. When I booked the room, the front desk staff didn’t explain the hotel policies or any potential additional charges. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Just because something was left behind doesn’t mean I smoked in the room. In other words, having cigarettes or cannabis in your possession while staying at the hotel shouldn’t automatically imply you smoked on the premises.

The housekeeping supervisor, Michelle, ensured everything was in order whenever I needed something for my room. My housekeeper, Brenda, is such a lovely person; she cleaned my room and made my bed every day. The entire staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was outstanding. When I returned from work, my room was always clean and ready for me to relax and sleep in. It truly felt like a home away from home! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire room was consistently spotless. The location is ideal as it’s only about a 10-minute drive to the French Quarter. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next work trip. Overall, I give it a 5/5!

The hotel was quite nice. We were here to celebrate my birthday, so we spent a lot of time driving back and forth to downtown. The location is convenient; while it's not walkable, it's an easy drive. We didn’t use the pool or any of the restaurants, as we mainly just got ready and slept there, and it served that purpose well.

The building is older and looking at fine details, it’s obvious. But the decor in the room is updated and comfortable. The halls could use some sprucing up. The lobby is nice but feels a bit cold and empty. The restaurant has breakfast until 9:30 then lunch 11-2pm then dinner after 5. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient to local attractions.

The location was good and the room was what I expected. Being off the freeway the room was noisy along with the pipes making noises and waking us. DO NOT pay for the breakfast. The breakfast had limited options and was luke warm. We both had 2 bites and left.Rooms: 3/5
