Starbucks - Greshamville

If you are looking for an amazing barista, go here and ask for Hannah. My boyfriend and I went on Monday the 8th and got our usual orders. She made the drinks so perfect, that we couldn't stop talking about it the whole night. I even called the store to get her name, so I can get my drinks made by her. We both agreed she made the drinks absolutely perfect. I have never had a drink taste that good, and I order the same drink. She really took her time and put love into making our coffee. Hanna needs a raise and needs to train all new employees! I will now be going to this location and have her make my drinks.

Favorite Starbucks in Madison, hands down. Super nice people here, quick, get your order right the first time. Very good grilled cheese sammies here too. If you're stuck needing decaf (ugh... , they can actually make you something that tastes decent, which is amazing, because....decaf. Easy in and out location. EV car charging in the lot behind this place, so grab a coffee and charge up.

Just went through the drive thru earlier this morning and was met with the utmost amazing service by Natalia! I've never had another barista at this location care so much and make my day! She was so sweet and personable:

Stopped at this location this morning and was basically yelled at for not picking up my mobile order through the drive-thru. I just mentioned the drive thru line was longer than i had expected and wanted to pick up my order inside. The employee rolled their eyes at me grabbed my drink, handed it to me and walked away. I still had a food item that i had to ask a different employee about. Bad experience and will likely never stop here again, you can thank your employee with red hair, shaved neck, glasses and facial hair

Waited 15 minutes for three coffees , first one sat on counter 10 minutes waiting for other two. No one called name when it was ready. Everyone coming in handling and looking at all drinks for there’s ???? Starbucks is getting worse all the time. Ordering on line has messed up everything, customers in store constantly waiting while barestas filling on line orders
