Burger King - Greenwell Springs

Great for a short meal. Fair prices. Don't wait long.

The food is always good here it is the closest BK to my work and when I went vegetarian last year, I enjoy the impossible helicopter as a simple lunch. However, I give a 1-star rating because the drive is operated through the window. They cheat the BK system by keeping me backup/pull forward, back up and then waiting for someone to get my food out. I'm very aware that I'm resetting her timer. I visit this place perhaps 2 to 3 times a month and last year I was asked to do this every time I visit (not always the same dance, but some variations). The staff here is very friendly and polite when the problem is with the time they need to serve the customer, it must be addressed at company level. I will say that only once I had to wait what I would describe as a long time 10ish min all other visits are usually well under 5min away from the order. Either the time they have to serve the customer is ridiculously small or they flee their numbers to make the managers look good. In both cases, the customer annoys and does nothing to improve the experience.

Don 't go to this burger King after 9pm because suddenly they run out of everything. If u ask me it 's because the workers are lazy with attitudes. Don 't get me started with. Trying to order a shake. I was just told that their shake machine goes into wash mode at 9pm. That don 't sound very believable. So then I try to order a whopper and I 'm told they are out of whopper meat. Home of the whopper is their motto isn 't it? If u hate your job so much just quit if all BK 's employees were like this few I just dealt with it would be out of business

Some of the freshest Burger King food I've had in a while. Fries were piping hot.

Amazing impossible whore. Staff was very professional. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes.
