Taco Bell - Greenville

Incredibly slow. it took 30 minutes to get food while the drive thru line moves fast. to go home and cook would have been faster.

Very very slow inside. Drive thru got all the priority and we just sat there with no food for 30 minutes. Should have just gone home.

Horrible horrible service. I waited in like for 20 minutes for 4 breakfast burritos and a Cinnabon delights. Got the order and it had 5 burritos no delights. They didn't have the sausage nor the vanilla (I wanted a Cinnabon coffee). I went inside to get the order straight and they went through and opened each burrito to look at it. At that point I really didn't want to eat cold burritos that had been opened and man handled. Asked for m money back as did two other customers inside the restaurant. Two other cars in the drive thru left as well.

I've been here a few times. Inside is always dirty, the bathrooms and the dining area. Most times I've ordered, they've had to remake my food. Once was due to them giving me crunchy old black beans. Another time was they replaced my black beans with refried, didn't tell me they were out of black beans until I checked my food. They also seem like they don't like their jobs. I've only had one perfectly made order, out of 5 visits.

We really thought they changed had new cooks. For past couple of months when we got our food, it was hot, fresh and actually had meat in the tacos. Picked up an order tonight the hard taco shell was stale, no meat in my gordito, no cheese or tomatoes on the tacos, cinnamon twist where just thrown in the bag!!!
