I hate Chick-fil-a's online process. Why must I check-in before they begin to prepare my food? If I order online, it's so my food is ready when it gets there. How would people feel if they had to check-in at Starbucks before their coffee was made? Makes ZERO sense
I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that took so long. Usually Chick-fil-A is pretty quick but this location is very slow, it could be because of the employment shortage.
I've never felt so ignored as a customer. I asked for a Cobb salad with no cheese. They said they can't remove anything so whatever, I said that's fine. I asked if we can do grilled chicken as I don't like it crispy. It would get mushy by the time I got to it. They said ok and did not give me grilled chicken. I asked for no ice in my drink. They ignored that too. I asked for hot sauce and if I hadn't double checked the bag I would have gotten none. My entire order was wrong, every last bit of it. I paid cash and they didn't even give me my change and looked at me odd when I asked about it. Can we not count at this store? Not returning. Do not go here.
I usually go through the drive through only but had to wait to get a tire installed at Discount Tire next door. Since I had a 1.5 hour wait, I thought it would be a good idea to walk next door and have a late lunch while reading a book. WRONG! I got my food order quickly and no issues with the food. The dining room wasn't too full but most of the booths on one side were occupied with employees so I went to the other side of the dining room with 4 booths, 1 occupied by an employee and sat at the opposite end 2nd to the end. I get it's a public space and can be noisy at times, but I try to be respectful being on my phone in public spaces. Another employee sat at the booth directly behind me and immediately got on a phone call, loudly on speaker phone so I asked nicely and said PLEASE when asking for her to not be on speaker. She rolled her eyes at me and when I turned around I caught the other employee making faces and rolling her eyes at her and she said something in Spanish so I couldn't understand what she was saying. So I said to the other employee that I had asked nicely and said please. She got off her call and then flipped through music stations on speaker for the next 10 minutes. I try to be respectful in public spaces of other people and don't take phone calls on speaker and use headphones when listening to music or tv. Chick Fil A, please ask your employees to use the same courtesy and consideration when taking a break in the dining room. I frequent this location weekly and don't want to use the dining room again so I don't have to encounter rude employees. One employee did follow up to apologize and offered me a free meal for my next visit. While I appreciate the offer, I just hope this employee isn't as rude the next time she dines I'm the dining room.
