These five star reviews have to be fake. Every time we come here the service is nonexistent. The staff doesn’t care and the food just isn’t up to el fenix standards

We ate dinner here earlier this afternoon and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Our server Kaitlyn was so attentive and nice, she was always making sure we were good, and that our drinks were filled always! 10/10 recommend this place!

I grew up visiting another El Fenix many years ago. I happened to be nearby and noticed that they were here. Everything was perfect! The chips were just brittle enough and warm. The food was exactly as I remembered, and Miguel was great! I'll definitely return to this location when I can.

The new Carne Asada is a very bad idea and doesn't taste very good and is a bit under cooked. It's too thick of meat fire the person who came up with this abomination. It's not traditional Mexican Carne Asada!

Ordered 2 extra cheese enchiladas and extra rice. got 1 cheese enchilada , didn't get the rice. called and i was told that i ordered extra refried beans that i did not order. also didn't get. and i will say i should have took my almost $50.00 that i spent and just throwed it away. this food is nasty. want make that mistake again
