Longhorn Steakhouse - Greensburg

Customer service sucks. Spilled our appetizers didn't clean it up, or reduce bill. Forgot about her tables. Honestly though besides her everything else was great. Atmosphere, clean tables, clean bathroom, and good cooked food. Plus the drinks wasstiff just the way I like them

The server spilled our appetizers, didn't clean it up. Kept forgetting to get our drinks, napkins and sauces. I will say she does know how to make customers spend more money then what they wanted and her input to people conversations, was annoying.

Had an amazing time as we were celebrating my parents 47th anniversary! The steaks were grilled to perfection, the salads were cold and crisp, the drinks were tasty and the sides complimented the steaks very well. They have a phenomenal kitchen staff andthe service was very friendly and fast.

We originally wanted to go to Applebee's but they were having a private function so we thought we'd hop over next door here.. BIG MISTAKE!!! Firstly, the hostess was beyond rude, arrogant and looked like she did not want to serve us at all. She lookedvery dirty, hair all over her face, dirty fingernails and just not presentable. We waited 15 minutes before anyone came to serveus. The waitress was nice (the only positive experience) but still we waited for over an hour for our order. They didnt have ANYVEGETABLES WHATSOEVER!!! My husband ordered a super well done steak and what came was the opposite. It was so so underdone thatafter the second bite he was done. He also ordered French onion soup and what came was like a frozen pack of beef pattie thatwas just thrown in and the bowl was very dirty. The food was absolutely terrible that neither myself and my husband could eatit. We just took doggy bags to be polite and not make a fuss but threw them out in the dumpster because it was that bad. So manyscreaming children everywhere.. loads of distressed parents and noisy students.. very very uncomfortable and as a person whofrequently dines, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go to Applebee's. I go there often and food and service isfar much better.
