Tikal 1 - GREENPORT

If you can slow down for a bit, this sweet spot is made fresh, fill dishes: homemade tortilla chips! Papusas! Broken shrimps! I wish we had tried more.

Good Mexican (but not only) food. Just room. I swore there with a youth group. Everybody happy.

That must be my 10. Journey to Tikal. I live in the middle and love driving all the way to Greenport on Rt.25. It is a beautiful, soothing ride, very picturesque, see all the vineyards and the old beautiful churches, houses and shops. If you come closer to Greenport, see the water along the north coast. Greenport is a great small town overlooking the water and you can walk around to eat and buy. Tikal is a Latino restaurant and it is my favorite place to eat from all restaurants there. The food is so fresh and it tastes home made. They make fresh chips that come hot and served with a delicious guacamole dip! I had the shrimp taco bowl and my daughter had the steak fajitas. Deliciously every time I was never disappointed. I love this place! This is my third review! Great prices, friendly service. Very recommended!!

Somehow it's all good!! Chicken Burrito is on point!!! And honestly, the people behind the counter. Very pleasant, too. Never penetrated. You get a good amount of food for what you pay for

Food is awesome! We love ordering from Tikal. Pro tip: keep the paper take out menu because when you try to look at the menu online- you can 't! You click menu and it takes you to Google maps. Doesn 't help. But... I recommend their chorizo tacos, plantains, and nachos!
