Wow, what can I say? This might be the best ramen I've ever had! The yuzu sake was incredible as well. The kimchi ramen was outstanding, and our waitress was delightful. They also have a great selection of green tea. I just wish I could return soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Since it was our first visit, we wanted to explore the menu, so we ordered several dishes. We kicked things off with the crispy vegetable gyoza and the sweet chili shrimp served with local greens, both of which were fantastic! I also tried the Temari Shiitake Sushi roll, which consisted of two delightful balls of rice infused with mushroom strips and wrapped in a soy paper sprinkled with sesame seeds—a remarkable combination of flavors and textures! My spouse loved the tuna sashimi as well. We shared a bowl of Tonkotsu Pork Ramen, which was rich and delicious. I particularly appreciated that they used pork broth sourced from local 8 Hands Farm. For dessert, we had the green tea ice cream with azuki beans, which was wonderful! We are definitely planning to return to savor more of the incredible offerings from this restaurant!
