The lady at the counter making coffee and taking orders asked me ‘are you ordering coffee or would you like a menu’ note this being after I’d taken about 3 steps inside this establishment. At this point I’d no idea what I was ordering was considering to purchase a bite to eat but I felt a little rushed and decided against it based on the service I was receiving so far. I am glad I made that decision as when I sat down I noticed that the table I’d chosen was dirty from previous customers. This shop is loosing money because of their service and cleanliness if I was the owner of this place I’d be getting those things sorted pronto !! I wouldn’t recommend most certainly won’t be back
Several tables were dirty still with water and crumbs on them. There was a terrible smell in the store and the wifi was not working at all.
Went to coffee club northwest mall for an afternoon coffee today with my friend. The lady who took my order was rude there was no customer service whatsoever. Coffee arrived in mugs as we intended on drinking in store to save the environment. Unfortunately, the mugs were not cleaned properly and there was lipstick stains on my mug. I told one of the staff members discreetly and didn’t want to cause a fuss. I asked for a new coffee in a takeaway cup and guess what... 2 seconds later he returns with the same cup of coffee poured into a takeaway cup... So I left the coffee on the table and left...
STAY AWAY FROM HERE Waited 3 minutes in front of counter for someone to take my order whilenpeople hanging around doing nothing. Ordered a flatwhite and date loaf, date loaf wasn't fresh, coffee arrived 10 minutes later while barista was scratching her head and doing nothing. I order coffee with trim milk and didn't even get a trim milk after all. Tell me about customer experience ...
Went here a few weeks ago. The service was a bit slow. The young Indian girl I believe was friendly and helpful however, the rest of the team a bit of a question. Or orders were taken some people got their coffees and others got theres by the time our meals and had finished along with everyone's coffee. One of our orders was wrong (no biggie) got a latte and not a long black. However, were still charged for a latte and not a long black (being 50 cents more expensive). Not fussed about 50 cents but it's the principal. And knowing how the team was working we actually checked our receipt. At first they tried to deny and when they realized I was probably better at Maths then they were they tried to give the change back. Told them to keep it and have it as a tip. Probably won't be back. Not one of the better coffee clubs around!!
