The Terrace Lounge - Greenford

Shisha and drinks are great! I have to try the food. But I was a few times and always service with a smile that is always beautiful! I love the intimacy of the terrace part at night, especially the amazing color change tables:

Firstly I would like to say I'm not trying to offend the owners but I would like to give my honest opinion. The service is really poor, we was seated and was squashed in the middle of two couples and It was really warm because we was sat under the light. So once one of the couple's left I asked the worker if we could move seats but he said we can't but then when a large number of group arrived he basically said we moving you to another area. Then you added service charge to our bill which I believe you didn't deserve but I was to embarrassed to say anything.

If I could put zero stars I would!! Avoid this place at all costs. I booked a table a couple weeks ago for my birthday, when I arrived they told me all booking have been cancelled yet I was not informed of it. They told us we might not get a table made us wait 45 minutes outside to be seated. (The same happened to another group of girls who also had a birthday booking) The security on the door are so rude and pick choose who they make rules for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE. P.s venue doesn’t look as big as the pics make out either!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My sister booked a table for 5 people at 18:00 through Instagram for my Nephews birthday. And we arrived at 17:58. On the day of the booking at 15:00 my sister got a text and email confirming her booking is going ahead. But when we arrived we were told by the bouncer that all bookings had been “cancelled.” Even though their was a poster on the door saying “only taking bookings of 6 etc” On top of that the establishment never sent this as written confirmation. And they had two sets of people who had a booking of 2 and 3. And they were told “it was fine.” So which one is it? Are all bookings cancelled or just ours?? Then the staff were making up all kinds of excuses just to not let us in. I’m sorry I can tell when something is based on discrimination. And this was it! Absolutely disgusting and I’m NEVER coming here again!
