Waffle House - Greeneville

Me and my wife walked in sat down and the 1st that was said to us was from the waitress and she said Im real busy and I 'm the only waitress so I don 't know when I 'll get to u so my response was WOW she kept on almost like she was trying to get us to leave so we did. Very rude never been talked to like that especially when all we got to do is sit down. Wasn 't even in the place 10 mins. and the whole time it felt like we were a burden.

Late at night and me and my daughter went and ate there. Food is typical Waffle House food. Our server Ms Dee was great. Good sense of humor and was on our food quality, refills to go boxes. I would recommend this place and would definitely recommend our server.

I only gave a one start on here bc I had to to write this review. Not only did we wait forever food was cold disnt get all our food so had to ask for what was missing and multiple employees was fighting and arguing and yelling at each other while my 4 yr old watched. Did get food right to myborder bacon u couldnt eat eggs cold BC they set on plate while everything else was being cooked hashbrownsdidnt even have color to them. I won't be back.

Worst dining Experience and atmosphere constant yelling and screaming at each other in fun and in criticism...won't go back.

You would think systemic racism was a thing of the past, but not at this location..I'm dark skin, and my wife is light skin ,,Wasn't treated humanely, disregarded the proper service rendered, and the apologies were insincere. Management needs to check their staffing for professionalism and common courtesy, I was respectful of your establishment but never again..
