Pal's Sudden Service - Greeneville

Clearly this is a popular place but I don't get it. The burger's were dry and the chili dog was some lame hot dog I expect to get at a carnival for .50. Service was not friendly. We won't be back as there are many other choices in the area.

Have visited Pals many times and they make great fast food. The chili on hotdogs is the best! The hamburgers are great too. Don’t forget to order a tasty milkshake or raspberry tea!

We have eaten Pal's many times, but actually went in to eat at the shopping center location and were disappointed. We got cokes with our meal and when we tried to get a refill later, we were told that they only refilled water and tea. I have never been to a restaurant that didn't give free refills if you were eating in, especially a fast food restaurant. I know it sounds somewhat petty to complain about a refill but I don't like to be nickled and dimed like that... the food is not that special. Next time I'll take my business elsewhere.

We are fortunate to have a Pal's restaurant in town where you can order your food and sit inside. We love going there for a dog or burger.

I love Pal's! A must for out-of-towners since it is only a regional restaurant. Best tea in town! Great food, friendly service. Clean!
