Hungry Jack's Burgers Green Valley

I would like to commend Monika, the manager on duty, for the excellent and friendly service that made my meal an enjoyable experience. As a grateful customer, I appreciate her professionalism.

I was waiting at the counter while four staff members stood around, seemingly doing nothing. After several minutes of waiting, one of them made eye contact with me but then looked away. Ultimately, I decided to leave after noticing that two of the staff members glanced my way without acknowledging me. There was only one other customer in the store, and he was just sitting there. As I write this, I can see the staff members goofing off instead of attending to customers. While the burgers might be better at Hungry Jack’s, your staff's service is worse than at KFC.

The staff were quite unfriendly, and the windows were very dirty. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 out of 5 and the atmosphere a 1 out of 5.

Left half of my order out on door dash. Won't be doing it again.
