Martinos Italian Deli - Green Brook Twp

Wow. Great service and even higher quality. 10/10 would recommend, they even had Ice cream for my kid!

This was my first visit to this deli. I had a turkey on whole wheat sandwich with tomato and one piece of romaine lettuce. It was very good. I will go back and try something else.

Located on 22 East in Green Brook in between D&R Boats and Birds By Joe. Ordered a custom sandwich: chicken cutlet, broccoli rabi, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, and a balsamic spread on a roll. It was delicious. The bread was fresh and perfect. The taste of the sandwich was 10/10. It really just tasted sooo good. It was moderately priced at $10-ish. Beware of the bottle of water that costs you $2.75 here. Additionally, beware that I got a little messy with this sandwich. Maybe because I was so enthralled while eating it. Man behind the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. Very happy that this is down the road from me now.

It was our first visit into this deli spot right on Rt 22 close to boat spot . They have a pretty decent seating area and the owners are super nice . Even the gentleman who runs the kitchen was nice and did an awesome job at making our sandwiches. I ordered a sloppy joe and my hubby ordered grilled chicken with balsamic and roasted peppers so good). They were on a nice sesame roll that took the sandwich to another level and was a good host to hold all that yummy goodness inside. It didn't take long for us to get our order. We were able to chat with the owners and came to find out they also owned Rays bistro in Boundbrook. They have a variety of prepared pasta salads and some Italian goods. They have a pretty big menu and very reasonably priced they have sandwiches, pasta's and you can even grab some breakfast items . So stop in and give them a try .

Martino's is a great addition to Green Brook. They are conveniently located on Route 22 which makes it a quick stop on your way home from work or kid's activities. Their food is all homemade, fresh and delicious. Pick up something for lunch or dinner and you won't be disappointed. Love the italian cookie display too.
