Hinterland Brewery - Green Bay

This is a fantastic restaurant located right across from the stadium, offering a wonderful atmosphere. The salads are incredible, and there’s a wide variety of menu options to choose from. The aroma in the restaurant is delightful, and the service was exceptional. While it is a bit on the pricey side, you truly get what you pay for, making it worth the splurge. It's also easily accessible with plenty of parking available on days when there are no games.

I ordered the BBQ pulled pork, and it was fairly average. Most of the sauce ended up on my plate since it was quite thin. As I continued to eat, it became increasingly soggy and fell apart. The bread could have benefited from a bit of toasting.

I absolutely adore the atmosphere! You can smell the smoked meat from the smoker outside, and there are cozy fireplaces for the winter. The view of the city and Lambeau Field is fantastic. I've never had a bad meal here, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Good service, but some may not find the high price it worth. A nice thing is that they have an impossible Burger option on their Big Hinty. This is not in the menu. We have two vegan Big Hinties, a chicken sandwich for my stepdaughter and a children's cheese pizza for my daughter. For drinking they have beautiful margaritas and a cranberry mule that are very good. Price may be about 50-75% higher than it should be. Children's meal is $12, children drink is $3,50 and is quite small (my 6-year-old needed 2). A few weeks ago we tried to go here, but they couldn't answer their phone to make an equal daily reservation; we gave up after 6 or 7 tries. So be careful that this is the place you need to plan for.

This was the second pizza we ordered after the cheese Quattro. It was so greasy and soupy they took it back. This one was so bad you couldn?t pick up a piece without everything falling off. Used to be a great place to eat. Now it seems like they honestly don?t care. The waitress asked with both pizzas if we wanted a lot of napkins to blot all of the ?.. whatever was on top. SOOO DISAPPOINTED!
