After a long day, all we wanted was to grab some food, but the employee clearly seemed upset that we had the audacity to come in just 25 minutes before closing. He approached the counter without saying a word, and when I asked how he was doing, he just slapped his hands. We ordered three subs to go, but he was so rude that my girlfriend opted to wait in the car because it was such an uncomfortable experience. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.
Wasn?t greeted, cashier had to ask how it was, and he didn't say all, but two words, I ordered a sub for two people and I got mine first. My brother had to wait 45 minutes on his sand that no one got in the order they should have, a guy said he waited for an hour on his sand that and she rudely said to him three times they are?t make it. Family went in and they said it was 45 minutes waiting?. I'm not saying the job is bad, but 45 minutes for some Sammie? Maybe the next service will be better.
I've visited this restaurant a few times, and while I’d like to say the service is outstanding, I can't honestly say that. During my first visit, I wasn't acknowledged at all, even though it's a cultural norm for them to greet guests with "Welcome to the firehouse" upon arrival. It wasn't a huge deal, but during my most recent visit, I faced longer wait times of about 10-15 minutes. There were two employees standing idle while one person struggled to prepare all the sandwiches. Unfortunately, when I got home with my order, I realized it was incorrect. The sandwich was still tasty, but it wasn’t what I had actually ordered.
Where to start geez!!!! I have never been to a firehouse subs before and lets just say i wont be going back the young guy they had taking the orders walks up doesnt say a word and rests his head on the cups waiting for me to say my order (again first time customer) so i dont know specials, prices, meal bundles or anything. So i order a chicken bacon ranch and the guy responds like a horrible voice mail where when they leave their number the say it so fast you barely catch any of it. So i proceed to go with what i would hope they have and the total comes to $12.55 as a large. When my name is called i ask where the drink cup is and im informed i didnt get the meal just the sandwich and that they could ring me up again for just a drink but i said no thanks and left. For $12.55 i feel a sandwich should come with atleast a drink but ill stick to other locations where customer service is available the people there barely talked and when they did it was to acknowledge a customers question. No greeting, no thanks for coming, no nothing. Oh and not to mention they had a pile of trash swept into the center where customers walk just sitting on the floor i wish i had my phone at the time to take a picture. I was there on may 18, 2022 around 6:50pm
