Bistro Burger - Great Neck

From the taste of their burned French fries I can say that the oil is probably changed once a year! It is so sad, cheap owners not long in business

The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and inviting, however, the burger was underwhelming and a bit dry. I can make a better burger at home. Overall, I was disappointed with my dining experience.

This restaurant is a great spot for enjoying delicious and satisfying meals, whether dining in or getting takeout.

I will not be returning to this restaurant. I ordered a Shabbat special from them and asked when I could pick it up the other day. When I arrived at the appointed time, the restaurant was closed. It seemed like they had closed earlier than they had told me. I was only in town to get last minute food for Shabbat for my family and guests, so this was very disappointing. They didn't even have the decency to call me before closing to let me know to pick up my order earlier. Luckily, Shiraz was still open and I was able to get some last minute food from there. I will be going to Shiraz from now on. This is not the first time I have had problems with this restaurant. A few months ago, I had ordered a Shabbat special and when I went to pick it up, they couldn't even find it in the system despite me ordering it two days in advance. Today's experience was the final straw and I will not be going back.

Food is delicious and priced appropriately for a kosher spot.
