Wendy's In Lex

I always place my orders through the app to avoid any mistakes at the window, but unfortunately they still manage to mess it up 9 times out of 10. The wait times are consistently long, and on one occasion I waited 25 minutes just for two sandwiches and a drink while watching seven other customers receive their orders and leave. Frustrated, I canceled my order and went next door to Taco Bell where I received my food in less than 5 minutes. Even after canceling my order, the restaurant still charged me, requiring me to contact my bank for a refund. This place should be closed down.

The food is fresh and the staff is welcoming and friendly.
