I can not BELIEVE the “lack of service” my family and I received tonight. The only staff person there was SO rude and short with us. Unwilling to give a refund even AFTER he touched our food to show us “why it wasn’t burnt.” I have never experience such HORRIFIC service. We called initially to make the complaint; just asking that we receive a replacement. Once we were met with such obstinate service we then requested a refund. The refund was for 9.99 !!! This gentleman in the photo rudely informed us that the burnt meat in the photo is how they cook their gyro meat. When we called to inform them, the gentleman here was very short and then proceeded to hang up on us. After being told that we were lying about the burnt meat, my pregnant wife went up to the store to show them. Being rude again, he then dug his hands in the food to wave it in her face and telling her that it was not burnt. After touching it, of course his hands were not sanitized after sitting at the booth on his laptop and on the phone, tells my wife that he not making it again nor offering a refund.

APAW has the best wings and steak and cheese subs around. Very clean establishment and excellent custom service. I highly recommend.

Their pizza is some of the best around, prices are reasonable. This is a small family owned business and I always try to give a small business a try and if they’re good I stick with them. I buy a puzza from them about once a week because they are that good. I hope to seen them stick around.

Ordered 3 pizzas and an order of wings for my family. The food almost didn't make it home, it smelt so good! My family and I were so sad to run out of good food so fast. We will definitely be back for more!
