Pollo Peru - Great Falls

I've been coming to Pollo Peru for 7-8 years. The chicken is amazing. When it is fresh, her Yucca is the best around... crispy on the outside and cushions soft on the inside. Absolute perfection. I grew up in S. Florida and always miss Cuban food. Pollo Peru's beans are the next thing I found in the area. These are the hands down when I want to eat quickly. 10/10 I recommend this place very!!!

My children love the Yucca. Your customer service needs improvement. I've never seen one of the waiters / checkout greetings with a smile. You'll hurry up as you give your orders. And 90% of the time they call the commands in Spanish and if there is no answer, they remember to say it in English. Please inform employees that,non-Spanish speakers also love the food in Polo Peru.

Stopped in with a few friends For lunche. All 3 meals were great. Everything was hot and fresh.

Went at 4:00pm order a whole chicken, it was dryer then my ex. Partially my fault going during a off hour between lunch and dinner shift. They obviously served chicken cooked from the lunch shift. I would recommend them to use the extra chicken left over from the previous shifts for soups or tamales. Either way I will go back , but not during an off time.

I haven't eaten at this restaurant for at least a year and I did a few days ago but the quality has dropped significantly and the chicken portions are very very small, they look like chicks and not chickens and the price has gone up.
