Przekaż informację zwrotnąIt´s a pitty. The location itself isn´t too bad. A really nice spot indeed. The food though isn´t a revelation: Viennese cuisine (or a bad copy of). Vinegar essence in the salad biting your tongue. Everything else oversalted, for my taste. The steep prices not to mention. The tenant is like 80 something. Maybe the next generation will bring this one up to a new glory. Until then I won´t give it another try.
Wenn man in der Umgebung wohnt gehört der Höchwirt zur Familie. Sehr freundlicher FamilienBetrieb und ausgezeichnete Küche! Man kann auch telefonisch ein Hendl vorreservieren um sich die Wartezeit zu sparen oder wenn man es sowieso nur abholen und zu Hause auftischen will. Für Kinder super (großer Garten, angrenzender Wald). The Höchwirt is THE place for baked chicken! The family-business is very popular because of its really good dishes and friendly staff! It's very family-friendly with a huge garden and forest. On weekends it can be pretty crowded. You can also pre-order sof you don't have to wait or you can also take the chicken for take-away.
What do we eat today?when the answer is carving, then off to the courtesy! prices are a little dedicating but the carving for it is also worth a ride again, only the opening times are not very intoxicating.
Simple, gracious, good, friendly, .beim höchwirt there is still the traditional outing Gastthof atmosphere with everything that belongs to it.
Eating like mama and then this look-- just great, if the weather still fits, then I'll save it away to the South Styria.
