Unfortunately, however, the service was very unfriendly, first I was screamed halfway, because my chicken anatomy knowledge is a bit poor, then because I ordered for my friend cordon bleu and that lasts longer. whatever disappointed me above all, it was behaved by all the workers, when a strange-looking person came in and wanted to pay with lots of coins. "we don't have time to count it." There were 3 people. Of course they have time, it's the money, and they didn't want to serve him. at first they even sent him out. at the end he got his hendl, but my god, as bitter.
My "house and hof" business for wing meat. Whether for home still raw or before place the meat is very tasty, good quality and always a delight!

The draxler is at a distance my favorite store in graz regarding meat. you will find the best chicken carving of the city. who wants to cook himself simply gets the desired meat (chicken breast, chicken hearts, chicken liver.) who wants to have a small snack, sits comfortably and can make something out of the vitrine or already takes a finished grillhenderl with salad. you can also take the finished meal.
