Przekaż informację zwrotnąFor example, at the Palmerston Coffee Club, it's the only location that hasn't allowed me to swap items in my order—like trading chipolatas or speck or sausages for salmon, or swapping hash browns for extra mushrooms or tomatoes. Instead, I am charged extra for both salmon and mushrooms or tomatoes. On many occasions, I have watched my order sit on the kitchen counter for over 10 minutes, waiting for a waiter to pick it up and bring it to my table. Once, I ordered the vegetarian big breakfast with spinach and received only five small pieces of it. When I complained about the lack of spinach on my plate (I mean, why call it a "big breakfast" if there's not enough spinach to feed a small child?), I was rudely told by a cook that it was the standard portion. On another occasion, I asked for avocado with my veg big breakfast and was given just a sliced avocado instead. Additionally, there are often no tables available, and the few that are free haven't even been cleaned. This place desperately needs better management, both in terms of communication and overall service, as well as improvements in the kitchen. It might be time for the cooks to receive some proper training.
The waiting times were absolutely ridiculous. I placed my breakfast order at 11 AM, and it didn’t arrive until 1 PM. The food was cold and not fresh. If we had known the wait would be so long, we would have chosen a different restaurant!

Have you ever experienced such terrible service that you wouldn't recommend an entire restaurant because of one person's behavior? Well, I certainly have.
Arrived at the Coffee Club Oasis at 12:30pm for lunch and found that they had closed half the cafe for cleaning . As there were no tables available, I sat within the area that was closed. I was approached by a rude staff member scolding me because I wasn 't allowed to sit there. I advised there were no tables available out the front and queried why they would close half the cafe during lunchtime. She told me they close that section of the cafe before lunch on the weekend so they don 't have to clean that section later and so they don 't have to keep cleaning up after customers . I was told that she would allow me to sit there this one time but warned not to sit there in the future when they close off that section. We were quite upset at her rudeness that we decided to leave. Best choice because we had a wonderful lunch and fabulous service at Coffee Club Gateway.
