Amazing food. Had their Fresh Rolls, Tum Som (Papaya Salad), Ginger Curry with Beef and Naga Noodle with Pork, all level 1 of Laos heat index. Super tasty. Next time will try higher heat number. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fresh Rolls
I love Panoy. I've been a regular for a long time as it changed and grew, and the food now is the best it has ever been. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Ok, glad I’m not the only one who had a weird interaction with the staff. We seated ourselves in a corner booth while promptly being handed menus then forgot about for nearly 10mins. We ordered spring rolls just cause we were starving and wanted to get something quick, and they came out over fried to the point that they all had exploded. Not a big deal. The thing with the menu is that everything is a la cart. You have to order rice with the dish if you want it. Great, cool. Little did we know the portion sizes are extremely small. I ordered the Emerald Curry which came in a little bowel with a huge spoon and a side of rice big enough for maybe five bites. Once the food was delivered the server disappeared to play with pumpkins and other halloween decor while we were left at the table waiting to order more food to complete our experience. I ended up walking over and asking for the check after about 10 mins of expecting a follow-up on satisfaction of the meal. The experience was lame. For $50 we left hungry and offended
Stumbled upon a gem in Grass Valley serving many choices of Lao food, made with fresh ingredients and exotic spices. I had Crying Tiger Noodles and it was awesome. My partner had the BBQ Pork, and we shared some crispy Spring Rolls, lovely veggies only. They served great Lao sweet tea and sweet coffee, plus good cold beer. New fave!
