Hello, owner. I think it's important for you to read your reviews. The cashier at the window has a consistently poor attitude, and it's time to stop making excuses for the issues at your establishment. My experience today was not great. I ordered five filled donuts and six kolaches. The donuts were packed in a small bag, which caused them to squish together into pancakes. The kolaches were put in a box, but there was no smile, no greeting, and no "thank you!" When I asked for mustard, I only received three packets—odd, considering I ordered six kolaches.

Delicious! I’m not a fan of donuts for breakfast anymore, but I used to enjoy them a lot. My favorites are the filled donuts. The owner is a really nice guy. Please make more apple-filled donuts in the morning!

I walked in, and the girl at the counter treated us like we were a bother for coming in. It was 11 in the morning, they close at 3, yet they wouldn't make any more coffee. It was disappointing! We ended up leaving. I wouldn't recommend this place!

The donuts were decent, but the young woman at the front was quite rude. She seemed hurried and even cursed at her coworker. When she handed me my items, she slammed them on the glass counter and didn't offer a larger bag to carry everything out.

The kolaches at this place are fantastic, and our family loves the donuts! However, the prices for the donuts are getting quite high, and the customer service seems to have declined. We still visit occasionally for a treat, but not nearly as frequently as we did in the past!
