Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Grapevine

We ordered a child meal in this popeyes during the holiday. they didn't give us that. I just got the sidepiece. we tried to call them and their phones didn't work. it wasn't worth the annoying around the opposite to go back. How do you forget to put that guy in the bag?

First my order was not delivered. we ordered apple cake with 7 minutes waiting. that was a sweat. they never get after 8 minutes. bad business.

The service was poor, the chicken was tough and difficult to bite into, and the prices were high. I ordered a combo with 3 pieces of chicken, 2 side dishes, and a drink for $15.14, but the chicken pieces were only 2 wings and thighs.

The chicken sandwiches were amazing. Freshly cooked. Delicious ?

I went to Grapevine location yesterday afternoon. I have to say there were only three employee's working and they did an awesome job!!! The line was three deep in front of me and three deep behind me and I was only in line about ten minutes. Food was great and Juan who was working the window was so nice and was doing his best to take and fill orders as quick as possible. Will definitely return and I hope the company recognizes the hard work this staff was doing.
