This was the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. We frequently eat at Chick-fil-A in Southlake, but we will never return to this location in Grapevine. Every table was dirty, and trash was spilling out of the garbage cans, with only one can available for disposal. The restroom was out of paper towels for drying hands. Given its proximity to some of the biggest attractions in DFW, I expected this place to be well-maintained, but that was far from the reality. I felt sorry for the customers entering the restaurant; I ended up wiping down a table myself so they'd have somewhere clean to sit. Normally, we would linger and let the kids play, but we were too concerned about the cleanliness of the play area to allow that. Good luck to the owners of this restaurant, as it's clear they only stay in business due to the Chick-fil-A reputation. If they need guidance on how to run a business effectively, I'm more than willing to help.
