Mcdonald's - Granville

This McDonald’s is fantastic! They never fail to get my order wrong. I must admit, today was a close call—after 20 years of visiting this location, they actually got all of my sandwiches right. I didn't make any special requests, but even without that challenge, everything was correct. My heart nearly stopped when I reached the bottom of the bag and realized, with relief, that they gave me the wrong sauces for the nuggets. I was so worried that they might break their 20-year track record of getting my orders wrong! Kudos to McDonald’s in Granville, New York—you did it! Five stars! The staff also took the appropriate amount of time at the drive-thru window and never smiled. Their consistency is truly impressive.

We went to pull in to the drive thru the line of traffic went almost all the way around the building...30 minute lunch break... we decided to go inside...on our inside there was 5 customers at the counter... no employee at the counter so you better know how to use the monitor...8 people in the dining area...I ordered 2 Mc Doubles and a large fry...while I waited for our food there were multiple customers complaining about their food not being properly made...after waiting over 45 minutes...I received a small fry and 2 mc doubles without onions...really hope that this one day doesn't represent the overall condition or experience at McDonald's Parking: Multiple places to park...or wait for your order

The food was quite delightful, and I would rate it a solid 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Oatmeal Raisin Cookie and the Baked Apple Pie; both were standout dishes. The Honest Kids Appley Ever After Organic Juice Drink, muffins, and apple fritters also added a nice touch to the meal. On the service front, it was decent, earning a rating of 3. Staff were friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed during the busy morning rush. However, the atmosphere left much to be desired, receiving a 2 out of 5. The ambiance felt a bit lacking, which detracted from the overall dining experience. In summary, if you're looking for a tasty vegetarian breakfast, this place has some excellent options, but be prepared for a somewhat hectic environment.
