I called the store and gal answered the phone, with music blaring very loudly. I explained to her that she gave me a small, she said, no it was her that waited on me and she gave me what I ordered. I explained that I eat there every week, and get Taco Salad very often, and she told me I was wrong. I then hung up, as the phone was so loud. Very rude customer service and I am sure they know who I am, as I am through the drive through a lot.
Wendy's has great food, but every time I go through the drive through, my order is wrong. Everything on the receipt is right... But the order isn't. If you're eating here, I'd suggest eating in to make sure you get what you pay for.
What happened to pride in what you do? Why is it that so often now, staff just throw food together without any care or thought? I too worked in food establishments for minimum wage in the past, but I stilled took the time to care about what I sent out. Patrons are part of the reason people have jobs! So if you throw orders together without thought or care you loose customers then business closes. This Wendy's is bad for such service, I understand some workers are from another country but it is up to management to teach and lead by example. 3 out of 4 visits have failed to get it right and 3 out of 4 calls to location have ended in disregard for money spent on bad service or product. It's time to stop letting owners and managers take hard earned money if they won't fix continual issues at their establishments.
Young cashier was very helpful and very pleasant, made the experience very pleasant. The food was amazing as always.
Feels like a healthier Burger place and with real chicken compared to McDonald’s
