Papa John's Pizza - Grande Prairie

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. Pizza wasn't as hot and took 45 mins to get my place but overall so fresh and tasty. Best pizza I've had in Grande Prairie yet.

Papa Johns has been our go to place for pizza for years but customer service has greatly declined at this location recently. Regular crust is overly baked, I brought this to their attention in July. Placed an order today and pizza crust isoverly baked again. Plus, they make you wait to pick up your ready order and when brought to the attention of the staff, therewas no acknowledgment. Left the store not a word from the staff after I paid. :

I got pizza and fingers. Very tasty , first time I ate here. Kinda a homemade taste. Great service

They say the have are supposed to have $20 in change, but guy comes with no change. Came with a $20 bill???? so what am I supposed to give a 10+ tip because he didn?t have change. Tell your drivers to bring change, I don?t mind tipping but $10+Better be the best pizza of my life. But the pizza was good lol

We regularly really like the pizza. We showed up in time and it was lukewarm and on the wrong type of crust. Also their pepperoccinos are hard to guage, when you order extra even. Maybe they will give you like 3, maybe they will give you like20+. We like it when the order is correct and hot. Improvement I would suggest is consistency in product on different shifts.
