A&W - Grande Prairie

Have only been here on 3 occassion's... Teen burger is always a good snack. Usual franchise food, staff on the whole are friendly but English is sometimes a barrier when trying to order...! Nothing outstanding but if you want quick food it is ok.

Westport Inn gave us a card to eat breakfast at A&W so we ate there, It was very good, We enjoy our breakfast there, I got the sandwich with sausage & egg. which was free with the card, My husband got the large breakfast and paid for it. The service was good, very clean and fast.

Arrived for breakfast with my mum sister and my great niece, and was made to feel as if I was a regular, good old fashioned customer service goes a long way and this place has it

Went for breakfast today and A&W and I was quite surprised eggs were cooked to perfection and everything else was great. Staff were very professional and friendly and not to sound negative but I understood everything that the staff we're saying to each other.(can't say that about other places in town)

The staff is often unsure of what you need do to language barriers. Lately the staff seems to be better at getting your order right. My husband has been known to blow up when he can't get them to seem to understand what he wants. Clean and friendly staff and they will sometimes bring the coffee pot around for the second cup of coffee. Newspapers and coffee talk supplied plus a realestate paper. Real plants in the restaurant area. Things do not always go smoothly but most of the time.
