Amari By Vineet - Grand Sable

Beautiful setting. Great service. Food very hood. Had samosa chaat for starter, was a bit too spicy for my liking and not enough yoghurt/tamarind to offset the masala flavours. Chicken makni was superb. Desserts were excellent.

Average Indian food. Second time at a Vineet Bhatia restaurant (the other one in London) and my reaction is the same.

We were thoroughly looked after by Roopesh and his team. We had the 10 course tasting menu and all courses were amazing and easily as good as, if not better than, Michelin starred Indian restaurants we have tried in London. In fact, we ended up with around 12 courses in all as they were keen for us to try more and we were keen to have more. We were also able to meet the chefs behind the scene which was great.

Great service and hospitality! The food was something different, however the dessert had some serious problem since it was frozen. Guest they were not able to defrost it well.
