Would be great if they have the printed menu on the cashier desk to facilitate handicap employees confirming orders like they used to do in ebene.
The new Lunch menue is quite interesting.can say that for a mini burger,3 nuggets,1 pepsi and 1 earphone for Rs99 is a very good deal
The staff employees came to us asking for our phones to do a survey. We agreed but then after a while, I saw that they went on their website, posted good comments about them and NEVER ASKED US FOR PERMISSION. That was highly unprofessional. Also the food isn't that good but the customer service is even worst. Even on normal days, they rush you and talk to you rudely.
The staff lacks the ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
The restaurant wasn't very crowded during my visit. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was served hot and delicious.
